My friends and I fair-minded for fun we want to buy some and wear them to an actual race lol what are they actually called and where can I buy them?
A fascinator is only one genre of hat, also known as a "cocktail hat." Yes, women do wear them to the races. But they also strain just about any other kind of fancy hat.
