Conclusion Paragraph?

I'm typing a newspaper about mexico for english class, I don't know what to put in my Conclusion Paragraph. this is what I wrote

"Mexico is delicious in culture, history and natural resources.

You could end by stating the hand over role/position of Mexico in world politics or cosmopolitan relations/sphere ; &/or its ranking in Human Evolution ; and also the increasing popularity & spread of Mexican cuisine, etc.
