White women. this how I feel about this...?

Friday I was on the elevator at exertion, and this young White Woman was in the elevator on her cell. I was dressed casually occasion I had to just be there for an interview.
I'd have gone in the lead and interviewed her (not taking over half an hour or so) but not hired her - she's not apt to to be comfortable working with you any more than you are with her, even though she might be technically very qualified.
