What should a grooms-woman wear?

My fiance has a very solid friend, currently my housemate, who wants to be in our wedding. Only detail is that she is a girl and I already have 5 girls picked that I am closest with and that's a lot as it is.

My associate is having a groom's woman. The wedding colors are purple and gray. The girls are wearing purple dresses and the guys are wearing gray suits. The prepare's woman will be wearing a gray pantsuit.
