Are City Japanese women the only ones that can afford to keep their skin without tanning?

I'm hispanic 26 years old man's.
I'm alittle red because in california it's hot often, and when i was younger i would run outside. Also, my father is a gardener, and i stop him sometimes and we would have to be outside in the sun doin labor all day.
I'm half Japanese and it's magisterial for me to tan. But I keep covered up because I burn very easily and I don't want my skin to be wrinkly before it's all together.
